Ms. Salamacha achieved both her RBA and masters degree in her 30's.
She has successfully changed occupations five times in her life and is under
50 years old. She has studied gerontology and teaches psychology of aging
at the college level. She is very interested in mentoring others who wish
to start or start again to reach their goals.
New Executives Transition
Ms. Salamacha was born and reared in West Virginia. However, she has
lived in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Minnesota. She has coached many executives
transferred to West Virginia on how to adjust to the culture of Appalachia.
"It's like everything else, there are both positive and not so positive things
about this region. I come from a prospective that will help the new executive
adjust to his/her new environment and hopefully embrace many newfound benefits."
Meeting the Appropriate Mate
Ms. Salamacha has coached many singles on how to identify their needs and
find these qualities in others also. She coaches individuals on where and
how to meet potential mates. "I have had several successes with this coaching
strategy."
